Change to Emergency First Aid at Work
One of our most popular first aid courses, Emergency First Aid at Work, has changed to a level 3 award, following review by the First Aid Awarding Organisations Forum.
Formerly a level 2 qualification, the course certification has been upgraded to reflect the autonomy and accountability of an emergency first aider. It is also in line with other first aid courses, including the 3-day Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work.
The one-day Emergency First Aid at Work course https://www.bxmedical.co.uk/level-3-award-in-emergency-first-aid-at-work-rqf/
is designed for people who wish to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace. The content hasn’t changed, and equips you with the skills needed to give safe, prompt and effective first aid in emergency situations.
You will learn about:
- CPR and defibrillation
- Wounds and bleeding
- Minor injuries
And from October, participants will receive a level 3 award to hang on their wall! You can read the full course brochure here https://www.bxmedical.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Course_Leaflet_Emergency_First_Aid_At_Work_Level_3_RQF-Sept2017.pdf
If you haven’t experienced a BX Medical training course before, we like to deliver the material a bit differently. You learn in a relaxed environment, with engaging and supportive trainers. Our sessions are interactive with lots of real-life examples that could apply to your own workplace.
